7DIAMONDS offers easy returns and exchanges. Eligible items may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you use both a gift card and a credit card and you are returning merchandise you will be credited in the form of a new gift card. The new gift card for the refund amount will be emailed to the email address on the order. If you used both a gift card and a credit card, the gift card will be refunded first and the remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used on the order. Please note that all refunds are subject to a restocking fee of $4.95; if you choose to exchange or receive store credit this will not be deducted.
All orders sent out are eligible for ONE return or exchange, a second label cannot be requested, and the customer will be responsible for covering the postage costs. If an exchange is returned, it will only be eligible for store credit.
FINAL SALE merchandise is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and 7DIAMONDS reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all brand tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. You are responsible for the care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to return the items in good condition, we hold the right to refuse the items for compensation. Items received outside of our 30-day return window are only eligible for store credit. If the return is received outside of a 60-day window, it will be returned to you.
